Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Entero ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Entero is a fitness platform for members, trainers, gyms, and other organizations. The Service may provide workout plans, exercise content, workout logging, progress tracking, trainer and member workflows, and related administrative tools. Features available to you may depend on your organization, role, subscription, or license.

Account Registration

• You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the Service
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Resell, sublicense, scrape, or commercially exploit the Service except under an agreement with Entero
• Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent
• Send spam or unsolicited communications

User Content

Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you create and share through the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of sharing it. We do not endorse any User Content and have no obligation to monitor content shared between users.

Organization and Shared Content

Content you share with a gym, trainer, member, or organization may be visible to authorized people within that organization. Organizations are responsible for managing their staff access and for using member data lawfully. You should only provide information necessary to use the Service.

Fitness and Health Disclaimer

Entero provides fitness information and tools, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Workout recommendations are general guidance and may not be appropriate for every person. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning or changing an exercise program, especially if you have an injury, medical condition, pregnancy, or other health concern. Stop exercising and seek appropriate help if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms.

Trainers and organizations using Entero are independent service providers unless expressly stated otherwise. They are responsible for the professional services and instructions they provide.

Plans, Licenses, and Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription or license provided directly by Entero or through a participating organization or app marketplace. Price, duration, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms shown at purchase or in a separate agreement apply to that purchase. App marketplace purchases are also subject to the marketplace's terms and billing rules.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality (excluding User Content), is owned by Entero and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express permission.

Termination

By You

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, your access to the Service will be terminated and your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

WE DO NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE OR RESULTS OF THE SERVICE IN TERMS OF CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ENTERO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Entero and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the app or on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

General Provisions

• Entire Agreement - These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Entero regarding the Service
• Severability - If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect
• Waiver - Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver
• Assignment - You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent
